GYROKINESIS ® Classes will take usually place after anouncement

Time: thursdays, 7.00 - 8.30 p.m (beginners with and without previous experience)

Place: Sri Aurobindo Center , Solmstrasse 6, 10961 Berlin

You can start the classes at any time (please register in advance)

 

GYROKINESIS ® Introduction Workshops are offered at special dates and on request.

They usually last for about two hours.

In the beginning basic principles of the training will be explained followed by a 90 minutes movement class. At the end there is the possibility to ask questions about the movements.

A GYROKINESIS ® training group for advanced practitioners meets after anouncement.
